Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to cancel the purchase contract without penalty and without providing a reason within14 daysof receiving the products.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or email) to the following contact information:

• By sending the email, the customer gives consent to be contacted again

3. Right of Return Due to Nonconformity and Warranty Repairs

All products are coveredby a2-year statutory warranty of conformity, as provided for in Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code. This warranty covers all repairs and replacements resulting from defects in the product’s conformity.

In the event ofa lack of conformity, theseller is responsible for the costs of pickup and shipping.

Punto Azzurro S.r.l. reserves the right to assess the damage or nonconformity and determine whether it is due to an actual manufacturing defect in the product or to damage not covered by the warranty, such as damage caused by negligence or wear and tear.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments you have madeno later than 14 daysfrom the date we were notified of your decision to cancel.

5. Return of Products

Please return the goods or deliver them toPunto Azzurro S.r.l., Via Vogno, 20, 24020 Rovetta (BG) — Italy, without undue delay and, in any case,within 14 daysof the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you return the items before the 14-day period expires.

6. Return Costs

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

7. Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in good condition, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (bags and boxes), and must have been stored and used with due care.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code):

• Supply of goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.
• Supply of goods that are likely to spoil or expire quickly.
• Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
