Can I change an item?

If your order has been already shipped, please wait to receive it and then contact our Customer Service to request a return.  Please note that once the order is confirmed, you cannot longer cancel it. Before sending back the products, the customer must request authorization to go ahead with the return by filling out the proper form inside the package. Depending on the motivation for the return, we can show you the procedure.

I received a product that I don't like, or it doesn't fit well, what should I do?

If you don't like the purchased product, you just need to request the authorization to return it through the appropriate form. You can find it in the package, and you can send it by e-mail to info@ta-sk.it. Then send the package, at your expense, at the warehouse mentioned in the e-mail you receive when we give you confirmation. Once the products are returned to the warehouse, we check conditions and then, within about 30 days, we can process the refund. If the products are in bad conditions, we cannot refund you (check rules at "Right of withdrawal" in the Terms and Conditions section).

The refund is automatically granted on the same method of payment you used to make the purchase and you receive confirmation by email to the address you gave us in the order.

I received a different product than the one I ordered, what should I do?

If the product you received is different from the one you ordered, TA-SK will take full responsibility for the return.
